ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICE

Occasionally an animal gets into a common area of a building such as a crawlspace under the building or into an attic. When this occurs and we are notified by a resident, we contact our animal control service, Lee's Termite and Pest Control. They assess the situation and if necessary set a trap to get the animal out of the building in order to give the resident peace of mind and avoid further damage to the building itself.

If a trap is placed on property, it is monitored daily and the trap is closed on weekends and holidays when the trap is not monitored. If you see and want to report an animal in a trap, please call one of the following numbers.
